1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cookiebux (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The App is provided by Bluebry Oy (“Bluebry,” “we,” “us”), a company registered in Finland. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Cookiebux is a family chore and rewards application for iOS. It allows parents to create chores, set rewards, and manage children’s balances. The App stores data locally on your device and optionally syncs through your iCloud account.

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for use by families. A parent or legal guardian must set up and supervise the use of the App. Children should use the App under parental supervision.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Cookiebux offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (“Premium”) through the Apple App Store. Payment is processed by Apple, and subscriptions are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Bluebry does not process payments directly and does not have access to your payment information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code in the App are owned by Bluebry Oy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.

6. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Cookiebux does not collect personal data. All family data remains on your device and in your personal iCloud account.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bluebry Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
